The Bigger Picture

Canada’s job market looks massive, but the PR reality is very different for Temporary Foreign Workers.

As of this writing, LinkedIn lists over 250,000 jobs in Canada, but only about 10% of those roles are actually PR-eligible. That means 9 out of 10 workers risk spending years in jobs that pay the bills today but lead nowhere for permanent residency tomorrow. QuestJobs was designed to solve this problem by,

  • Filtering out the noise. Only PR-track jobs are displayed.

  • Providing clarity. Every job is mapped to official immigration streams.

  • Offering a roadmap. Beyond listings, QuestJobs connects workers to the next steps by providing various helpful features such as TEER / NOC identification, AI Job Matching and PR Roadmap. As platform is being developed and improved,  more features are planned to be launched within the next six to ten months. All of those features are deisgned to make your PR job hunt easier and manageable.

Ontario has made it clear, the province is going all-in on immigration with back-to-back mega draws. Healthcare, early childhood education, and a wide range of priority occupations are in demand — and those who align stand the best chance. But in a noisy job market where only 1 in 10 roles actually leads to PR, QuestJobs gives workers the tools, clarity, and roadmap to secure not just employment — but a future in Canada.
