Introduction
QuestJobs is a job categorization platform operated by QuestCanada Consulting Inc. QuestJobs is managed and operated by QuestCanada Consulting Inc and is used interchangeably in the whole document. Please read the full Terms & Conditions carefully. By subscribing to and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree, either in parts or as a whole, discontinue using this portal immediately, do not use the portal, do not create an account and do not subscribe to Questjobs. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all the terms and conditions as specified in this document.
1. Job Categorization and Search
Questjobs is not a recruitment agency. Questjobs is a
tool to find and search for jobs. QuestJobs.io organizes job listings into categories. These
categorizations are based solely on the interpretation of the Immigration, Refugees and
Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website descriptions and relevant provincial websites.
No Employer Contact: QuestCanada Consulting Inc. and QuestJobs.io do not contact employers who post job
listings to confirm or verify the categorizations of their job postings. Employers and job posters
were not consulted during the categorization process.
Basis of Categorization: The information and criteria for these categories are derived from
IRCC and provincial immigration guidelines. We have interpreted this information to categorize job
listings as accurately as possible, based on the data available. However, the accuracy of these
categorizations may change as immigration laws and requirements evolve.
Disclaimer of
Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate categorization, QuestCanada Consulting Inc. and
QuestJobs.io do not guarantee that the categorization of any job posting is 100% accurate or
up-to-date. The categorizations are offered as a guide only, and subscribers should conduct their
own research to verify any job listing information.
Responsibility of the Applicant: It is the
sole responsibility of the applicant to fully understand and verify the most up-to-date
eligibility requirements, sponsorship opportunities, and criteria for each job listing, each
company, and each immigration pathway.
The QuestJobs portal and its contents do not constitute, and shall not be construed as,
immigration advice. QuestJobs and QuestCanada disclaim all liability for any loss, including
financial loss, arising from reliance on the portal or its content.
1A. Non-Recruitment Agency Disclaimer
QuestJobs.io and its affiliated entities, including
QuestCanada Consulting Inc., are not recruitment agencies and do not provide recruitment services
of any kind.
QuestJobs does not charge or request any recruitment fees from job seekers or employers at
any time.
The platform serves solely as a job search tool and does not:
Screen or interview candidates
Negotiate employment terms
Influence hiring decisions
Act as an intermediary between employers and candidates
All communications and transactions between job seekers and employers occur independently of
QuestJobs.
Any claims that QuestJobs or its representatives offer recruitment services should be
reported immediately to
admin@questjobs.io.
2. No Guarantee of Employment or Sponsorship
Employment is Not Guaranteed: By using
QuestJobs.io, you acknowledge and agree that QuestCanada Consulting Inc. and QuestJobs.io do not
guarantee any job placement, offer of employment, or job sponsorship. The employers posting on our
platform have complete discretion over their hiring processes, including decisions regarding
sponsorship and employment offers.
No Guarantee of Permanent Residency or Work Permit: While some job listings may appear under
categories related to specific immigration programs (e.g., AIP, International Skilled Worker),
QuestCanada Consulting Inc. makes no guarantees that any job listed on the portal will lead to a
permanent residency status or work permit in Canada.
It is expressly acknowledged and agreed that the responsibility for verifying and confirming
any employment-related sponsorship, including but not limited to work authorization or permanent
residency sponsorship, rests solely with the applicant, user, and/or subscriber. QuestCanada and
QuestJobs make no representations or guarantees regarding sponsorship opportunities offered by any
third-party employer listed or referenced on the platform. All such inquiries must be directed by
the applicant, user, or subscriber to the respective employer.
3. Subscription Fees
Subscribers must pay the subscription fee to access categorized job listings and additional services. The subscription provides access to job categories but does not guarantee that a job or sponsorship will result from the listings. All fees paid are non-refundable, except if specifically exempted in the Terms & Conditions for Subscription Plans and Terms & Conditions for Trial of this document.
4. Limitations of Liability
No Liability for Job Outcomes: QuestCanada Consulting Inc.
and QuestJobs.io are not responsible for the outcome of any job application, interview, or
employment decision that may arise from using the platform.
Due Diligence Required: It is the
subscriber’s responsibility to perform due diligence before accepting any job offers or engaging
with any employers listed on the platform.
5. Indemnification and Waiver of Liability
Indemnification: By subscribing to and using
QuestJobs.io, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuestCanada Consulting Inc.,
QuestJobs.io, and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all
claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your
misuse of the platform. QuestJobs is not liable for job outcomes, employer decisions, or
immigration-related matters.
No Sponsorship Guarantee: The portal and its operators are not responsible for, nor do they
provide any guarantees, express or implied, that an employer will offer sponsorship of any kind to
any subscriber. Any job listed on the portal does not imply or promise employer sponsorship.
Release of Claims and Waiver of Legal Recourse: By subscribing to and using QuestJobs.io, you
expressly release QuestCanada Consulting Inc., QuestJobs.io, and its affiliates from any and all
claims, liabilities, and causes of action that may arise from your use of the platform.
6. Changes to Categorization
Job listings and categories are subject to change without notice, especially as guidelines evolve. QuestCanada Consulting Inc. reserves the right to update or modify job categorizations at any time without prior notice to subscribers.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation Process: It is the sole responsibility of the user to cancel their subscription if they wish to do so. Cancellation must be handled directly through the user’s account dashboard. Cancellation requests sent via email, chat, or social media will not be accepted nor processed. This regulation is in place to keep the security and integrity of the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
Unauthorized Use of QuestJobs Information and Portal
QuestJobs.io and its content, including but not limited to job listings, categorizations, text,
graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of QuestCanada Consulting Inc. and
are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By
accessing and using QuestJobs.io, you agree to comply with these terms and acknowledge that any
unauthorized use of the platform or its content is strictly prohibited.
Prohibition of Unauthorized Use
No Reproduction or Distribution: You may not reproduce,
distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from
QuestJobs.io without the express written consent of QuestCanada Consulting Inc.
No Commercial
Use: You may not use QuestJobs.io or its content for any commercial purpose, including but not
limited to reselling, repackaging, or redistributing job listings or categorizations, without
prior written approval from QuestCanada Consulting Inc.
No Scraping or Data Mining: You may
not use any automated tools, scripts, or software to scrape, extract, or mine data from
QuestJobs.io without explicit permission.
Monitoring and Investigation of Unauthorized Use
QuestCanada Consulting Inc. has
partnered with a third-party company specializing in monitoring and investigating the internet and
the World Wide Web for the misuse and unauthorized use of the QuestJobs portal. This partnership
ensures that any unauthorized use of QuestJobs.io or its content is promptly identified and
addressed.
Consequences of Unauthorized Use
If it is proven that an individual or entity has used
QuestJobs.io or its content without the express knowledge and approval of QuestCanada Consulting
Inc., the following actions will be taken:
Cease and Desist Order: QuestJobs will issue a
formal cease and desist (Takedown order) requiring the individual or entity to immediately stop
all unauthorized use of the platform or its content.
Legal Action: QuestJobs will immediately
pursue legal action, including but not limited to filing a lawsuit for copyright infringement,
trademark violation, or breach of contract. This may result in the individual or entity being held
liable for damages, legal fees, and other costs associated with the unauthorized use.
Account
Suspension or Termination: If the unauthorized use is conducted by a registered user, QuestJobs
reserves the right to suspend or terminate their account without notice or refund.
Reporting Unauthorized Use
If you become aware of any unauthorized use of QuestJobs.io
or its content, please report it immediately to QuestCanada Consulting Inc. by emailing admin@questcanadaca.com
or admin@questjobs.io.
Provide as much detail as possible, including:
The nature of unauthorized use.
The
individual or entity involved.
Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, links).
QuestJobs’ Rights and Remedies
QuestCanada Consulting Inc. reserves all rights and
remedies available under law to protect its intellectual property and the integrity of its
platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
Seeking injunctive relief to prevent further
unauthorized use.
Pursuing monetary damages for losses incurred due to the unauthorized use.
Taking action to recover any profits gained by the individual or entity through unauthorized use.
Your Responsibility
By using QuestJobs.io, you agree to respect the intellectual
property rights of QuestCanada Consulting Inc. and to use the platform and its content solely for
its intended purpose. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate action, including legal
proceedings.
9. Limitation of Liability
QuestCanada Consulting Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of QuestJobs.io.
10. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Any changes will be posted on the QuestJobs.io website, and continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. No Immigration Services Disclaimer
QuestJobs.io and QuestCanada Consulting Inc. do not provide or offer any form of immigration services, including but not limited to:
Immigration Consultation
Representation Before Immigration Authorities
Visa Application Assistance
Permanent Residency Applications
Work Permit Applications
Study Permit Applications
Family Sponsorship
Appeals or Legal Representation
All responsibilities related to immigration applications rest solely with the applicant.
The QuestJobs portal and its contents do not constitute, and shall not be construed as, immigration advice. QuestJobs and QuestCanada disclaim all liability for any loss, including financial loss, arising from reliance on the portal or its content.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to and using the services of QuestJobs.io, you fully accept and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in the Terms & Conditions of Questjobs.io as a whole. If you do not agree, either in parts or as a whole , discontinue using this portal immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the portal.

Terms and Conditions for Subscription Plans:
14. Billing
Billing & Subscription Period: "Billing" refers to the time when the subscriber is charged after the 5-day free trial, based on the subscription plan they selected (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual).The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period unless canceled or changed. It is the responsibility of the user to cancel the subscription if they do not want to continue using the Questjobs portal. The system is an automatic charge, hence the user understands that as long as he/she does not cancel the subscription, the automatic charge will take place. For the security of the portal, the user, and to avoid any discrepancy and confusion, QuestJobs / QuestCanada will not entertain and will not act on any subscription cancellation request sent via email, social media comments, or any other form of communication. Cancellation is the sole discretion of the user and can only be enacted by the user.
15. Subscription Plans
Monthly Plan: A subscription plan billed every monthQuarterly Plan: A subscription plan billed every 3 months
6-Month Plan: A subscription plan billed every 6 months.
1-Year Plan: A subscription plan billed every 12 months.
16. Upgrade Policy
Subscribers may upgrade at any time while their current subscription is active.Upgrades take effect immediately.
The system will charge the prorated difference between the old and new plan based on the remaining billing period.
17. Downgrading Policy
Users may downgrade from their current plan to a lower tier plan. Due to the extended benefits of the quarterly, semi annual and annual packages, downgrades are, subject to the following terms:The 3-month commitment period applies to the original plan purchased and not the downgraded plan.
Any unused portion of the subscription will be converted into a pro-rata credit to be applied to the new plan.
Downgrading has a charge of 10% Administration fees. The 10% is calculated on the original plan purchased and not on the downgraded plan.
18. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation - no refund policy. The subscriber will use the paid billing cycle.All subscription payments made to QuestJobs are non-refundable, including in cases where the subscriber chooses to cancel the subscription prior to the end of the selected term. Upon cancellation, the subscriber will retain full access to the platform as per the user's paid package for the remainder of the prepaid subscription period.
This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our services and to prevent misuse of short-term access, particularly in relation to the extended benefits offered under our Standard and Advanced subscription packages.
QuestJobs is committed to providing fair and transparent pricing to all users. In alignment with this commitment, QuestJobs absorbs the high costs associated with third-party payment processing and does not pass these fees on to subscribers. In order to continue offering competitive pricing without imposing additional fees, and in the interest of fairness to all users, the platform operates under a strict no-refund policy.
By subscribing to any of our plans, users acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy in full.
It is the sole discretion of Questjobs / QuestCanada to decide if a user is eligible for a refund or not. The decision of the Questjobs/QuestCanada is final and is not open for dispute nor contention. QuestCanada will do its due diligence to determine, assess and analyze the situation. QuestCanada/Questjobs will practice fairness in each and every case. If the user is deemed eligible for a refund there will be a 10% administration fee calculated against the original subscription purchase. If the user would like to know if he/she is eligible for a refund, It is the responsibility of the user to advise QuestCanada via email (admin@questjobs.io). No assessment and no investigation will take place if no email advise was sent to the mentioned email adress.
If the user creates more than one account and is charged with subscription fees on those multiple accounts, the user understands that QuestJobs / QuestCanada is not responsible and is not obligated to refund the accounts charged. Applicable charges will apply for every account as specified in this document. Each account is treated as separate and therefore charged separately. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that they manage their accounts properly.
It is the sole responsibility of the account owner to cancel his / her account, if they prefer not to continue the subscription. No cancellation request sent via email, social media, chat, or any other form of communication will be entertained by Questjobs. This is to keep the security of the portal and avoid any fraudulent communications.
19. Automatic Renewal
All subscription plans will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled by the user.It is the sole responsibility of the account owner to cancel his / her account, if they prefer not to continue the subscription. No cancellation request sent via email, social media, chat, or any other form of communication will be entertained by Questjobs. This is to keep the security of the portal and avoid any fraudulent communications between the user and Questjobs. It is the responsibility of the user to email Questjobs about his cancellation to initiate the refund process.Terms and Conditions for Trial Period
20. Trial Period
By subscribing to QuestJobs.io, you agree to a 5-day free trial. The trial begins immediately upon registration, and you will be charged the full subscription fee based on the trial package you choose at the exact moment the trial expires if you do not cancel beforehand.Example: If you sign up on March 1st at 3:02 PM (UTC), your trial expires on March 6th at 3:02 PM (UTC).
You must cancel before March 6th at 3:02 PM (UTC) to avoid charges. Please account for the possibilities of lag, your internet connection, your computer response time, and portal maintenance schedules. Do not wait until the very end of the trial if you want to cancel. At the very least, cancel 12 hours before the expiration.
It is the sole responsibility of the account owner to cancel his / her account, if they prefer not to continue the subscription. No cancellation request sent via email, social media, chat, or any other form of communication will be entertained by Questjobs. This is to keep the security of the portal and avoid any fraudulent communications between the user and Questjobs.
If the user fails to cancel the trial before the expiration and the user was charged the subscription fee, the terms and conditions of this document are enforced in full.
Please refer to article 18 of this document for refund policy.
21. Cancellation Policy for the Trial Period
When a user creates a trial account on QuestJobs.io and subsequently cancels their account at any time before completing the full 5-day trial period, the system records that the free trial has been used in full. As such, the user is no longer eligible for another free trial, regardless of the number of days actually used for the trial account created.The 5-day free trial is only granted once per user, and re-registration with the intent to gain multiple free trials is not permitted.
This policy ensures fair usage and protects the integrity of our platform.
It is the sole responsibility of the account owner to cancel his / her account, if they prefer not to continue the subscription.
No cancellation request sent via email, social media, chat, or any other form of communication will be entertained by Questjobs. This is to keep the security of the portal and avoid any fraudulent communications.
Cancellations must be completed before the exact trial expiration time. Users can cancel subscription / trial accounts through their dashboard.
If you fail to cancel before the trial period expires, you will be charged for the full subscription period depending on the package you chose.
23. Changes to Terms and Conditions
QuestCanada/QuestJobs reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the user.24. Force Majeure
QuestJobs shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.25. Dispute Resolution
At QuestCanada Consulting Inc., we value our relationship with our users and are committed to resolving any disputes in a friendly, fair, and amicable manner. If any dispute arises from these terms and conditions or your use of QuestJobs.io, the following steps will be taken to resolve the issue:Step 1: Friendly Discussion
The user and QuestCanada Consulting Inc. agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith discussions.
To initiate this process, the user must contact QuestCanada Consulting Inc. at admin@questjobs.io with a detailed description of the dispute, including any relevant documentation or evidence.
QuestCanada Consulting Inc. will respond promptly and work collaboratively with the user to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
Step 2: Mediation
If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussions, both parties agree to engage in mediation with a neutral third-party mediator.
The mediator will facilitate discussions and help both parties reach a fair and amicable agreement.
The mediator will be the choice of QuestCanada Inc.
The costs of mediation will be shared equally between the user and QuestCanada Consulting Inc.
Our Commitment to You
QuestCanada Consulting Inc. is committed to maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with all users. We believe that most disputes can be resolved through open communication and mutual understanding. Legal action will only be considered as a last resort when all other options have been exhausted.
