In general, the FCIP and RCIP are dominated by companies in Ontario. There are currently 18 designated communities under RCIP and FCIP and majority of those communities are located in Ontario. Ontario also dominates the number of job listings as per our experience at Questjobs.
FCIP Overview & ITA Totals
Launched January 30, 2025, the FCIP connects skilled Francophone workers with 18 designated minority-language communities across Canada. Between January and July 2025, IRCC and participating provinces issued 630 ITAs under FCIP, spread over three draws:

Eligibility Requirements
Language Proficiency - Demonstrate Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5 or higher in French (or NCLC 5 in French for Quebec-based communities). English is optional but not required.
Valid Job Offer - Hold a full-time, permanent job offer from a designated FCIP employer in one of the 18 participating minority-language communities outside Quebec.
The position must be in a TEER 0–3 occupation (managerial, professional, or technical).
Community Endorsement - Secure a letter of support from the local Francophone community confirming your settlement and employment plan.
Education & Experience - Meet the minimum education and work-experience requirements of your NOC (e.g., a degree, diploma, or certificate and relevant years of experience).
Settlement Funds - Demonstrate sufficient funds to support yourself and your family, as per IRCC’s requirements for economic-class applications (unless exempt).
Eligible occupations span management, professional, and technical roles (TEER 0–3) across sectors such as healthcare, education, and technology.
