Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has held another major Express Entry round of invitations, this time targeting candidates with French-language proficiency. On October 6, 2025, a total of 4,500 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued to qualified applicants who had minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 432 and an active Express Entry profile created before June 13, 2025, at 7:07 p.m. UTC.
This is the largest Express Entry draw since early September, continuing a trend where Francophone candidates are receiving significant numbers of invitations as Canada looks to increase French-speaking immigration outside of Quebec.
